Callington Mill
Callington Mill is a Georgian tower mill built in 1832. The only mill of its kind in the Southern hemisphere, the mill has been restored into a fully working flour mill, producing organic flour and specialising in ancient grains such as Rye, Spelt and Quinoa.
Please see The Callington Mill Blog, containing photos of the re-construction.
Companion Bakery is opposite the mill and uses the freshly ground flour in our bread. The mill and its flour also form part of our baking classes.
