Upcoming Classes
Thank you for your interest in sourdough baking classes at Companion Bakery.
On the 25th of April we held our first class, with guests making a variety of breads such as Spelt, Batards, Pidés and a few of our specialties: Celery and Romano, Roasted Pumpkin and Walnut & Sultana.
Our next class is this weekend, Saturday 8th of May and was co-organised with Premier Travel Tasmania (www.premiertraveltasmania.com). There is 1 place left in this class.
